About Sevastopol State Medical University

Sevastopol State University (SevSU), which houses medical training programs, trace their foundational roots back to predecessor local institutions established in 1951 (or 1931 depending on specific technical roots), and was formally re-organized under its modern structure in 2014. Medical programs and the dedicated Institute of Fundamental Medicine and Health Care expanded recently after receiving state licensing and approval starting around 2022–2023.
